He will sign on Sunday a two-and-a-half-year deal with a Chinese club "Dalian Aerbin", who were linked with Didier Drogba and Amauri earlier in this year.
Keita signed for Barcelona in 2008 from Sevilla in a deal worth €14 million. He scored 22 goals in 168 matches for barca.

Javi? He didn't even play a single game for Spain at Euro.

Re: Transfer Rumour thread
Now, there is every posibility that Javi will be in barca not for 40m Euro maybe around 25m Euro or even less.

Keita blames tax issue for Barca exit
Seydou Keita has revealed he failed to reach an agreement with Barcelona over a new contract because of a tax issue.
The 32-year-old completed a transfer to Chinese Super League outfit Dalian Aerbin last week, bringing an end to his four-and-a-half year spell with Barcelona.
But the Mali international has since claimed he was hopeful of remaining at Camp Nou.
"Right until the end, Barcelona and I tried to reach an agreement, but we didn't succeed. That's how it is. It was a tax problem," Keita was quoted as saying by L'Equipe.
"I had a great time at Barca. I've loved the simplicity and humility of the club, the players. I'll never forget that."
Keita put pen to paper on a lucrative deal to play in China, but the midfielder has insisted money was not the sole motivation behind his move to Dalian.
"Yes, I will earn money in China, and this could be my last contract, but that's not the only thing. I'm still ambitious," he said.

Re: Transfer Rumour thread
Barcelona have agreed terms with Sporting Lisbon for the transfers of Portuguese youngsters Agostinho Ca and Edgar Ie.
The 18-year-old Ca was born in Guinea-Bissau, but has represented Portugal at youth level. The midfielder was part of the Portugal Under-19 team that featured at the European Championships this year.
Ca started his professional career with Oeiras, but joined the Sporting youth academy in the summer of 2009.
Edgar Ie, born in 1994, also joined the Lisbon giants from Oeiras, and has been capped for Portugal at Under-19 level.
The defender, who is a natural right-back who can also feature at centre-back, missed this year's European Championships due to injury.
The two hot prospects will start their Barcelona careers with the B team.

Keita should not just blame any body. He has been very bad in Barca. Last season he could not show up to 50% and I would say that was his on way
